My Work

I specialize in the complete learning ecosystem—not just creating great content, but building the evaluation frameworks, operational infrastructure, and technology integrations that turn learning initiatives into strategic business assets.
Over the past decade, I’ve grown a learning program from concept to 2,500+ active participants with documented impact (99.5% measurable improvement in key outcomes), secured organizational accreditation through rigorous quality standards implementation, and built the end-to-end infrastructure—LMS platforms, evaluation systems, process documentation, KPI dashboards—that enables sustainable growth.
My approach combines hands-on instructional design (e-learning, VILT, blended programs in Articulate Storyline and Docebo) with strategic program evaluation (statistical analysis, validated instruments, learning analytics) and learning operations expertise (platform implementation, technology integration, scalable process design). I’m comfortable partnering with SMEs to design curriculum, presenting data-driven insights to executives, managing budgets and vendors, and building the systems that enable distributed teams to succeed.
I hold a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change, bring both quantitative rigor and creative problem-solving to complex challenges, and believe that learning programs should be both evidence-based and genuinely engaging.
What I do well: Instructional design & content creation • Program evaluation & data analytics • Learning operations & technology • Strategic planning & execution • Cross-functional leadership • Systems thinking & process optimization
Tools I use: Articulate Storyline, Docebo, SPSS, Salesforce, AI-powered content creation, survey platforms, data visualization
